  • Traffic Generation and Distribution: Estimating the volume of traffic the development will produce and how it will disperse through the network.
  • Vehicle Access and Egress: Evaluating the design and safety of entry and exit points, including ramp designs.
  • Car Parking Provision: Assessing the adequacy of on-site parking provisions and potential impacts on surrounding parking.
  • Car Parking Design: Compliance of the car parking layout with the relevant standards and local policies (Planning Scheme, DCP, etc) .
  • Safety Assessments: Identifying potential conflict points, visibility issues, and pedestrian safety concerns.
