Quantum Traffic collaborated with Rob Mills Architects on a boutique development in Armadale, featuring nine luxury residences.

Our services included comprehensive car park design, ensuring optimal space utilisation and functionality to meet the specific needs of the development.

We also conducted a detailed Traffic Impact Assessment Report (TIAR) to evaluate the potential effects of the project on the surrounding road network and local traffic conditions.

This assessment played a crucial role in securing Council approval, demonstrating our commitment to enhancing urban design while maintaining traffic safety and efficiency.

Through our expertise, we supported the successful realisation of this exclusive residential project, aligning with the high standards of RMA.
