Overview

Development is well underway on Playne Street, one of Frankston’s most well-connected city centre locations. Pitard Group’s 15-storey mixed-use development is set to bring a new wave of activity to the area, contributing to the ongoing revitalisation of Frankston’s commercial and residential hub.

Designed by VIA Architects, the development will feature a mix of offices, retail spaces, 86 apartments, and 133 parking spaces, all within a contemporary, architecturally striking design that aligns with Frankston’s evolving urban landscape. Located just minutes from Frankston Railway Station, the new commuter car park, Chisholm TAFE, Monash University, Frankston Hospital, and key cultural and recreational amenities, this project will play a crucial role in strengthening the city centre’s vibrancy.

Quantum Traffic was engaged to provide Traffic Engineering and Waste Management Services, ensuring the project integrated smoothly with Frankston’s transport network while meeting council requirements.
